We Purchase an 11K bed system from them on Nov 29,2021. WE had to wait till January 7th 2022 for delivery. The afternoon of the delivery a text message was sent, stating the delivery would have to be reschedule for January 28th. TWO MONTHS after the purchase was made. Customer service is a farce. They made no effort to resolve the issue, they gave inaccurate information about the delay. We will be cancelling the order and getting our money back. VERY, VERY DISAAPOINTING, SAVE YOUR MOENY AND BUY SOEMTHING ELSE.

BED installed bte the old headboard vdont fit the new bed. Supposedly we were charged FORTY DOLLARS TO MAKE IT FIT. THREE DELIVERY PEOPLE HAVE COME AND SAY they ONLY PUT THE BED TOGETHER. The headboard still stands up nice next to the wall but not connected

Moving and need bed set up again

I relocated and the movers were really good about getting my things here but not setting them back up. I need a service call to have a select comfort service tech set my bed back up properly. My service agent Joyce was very good about handling my request. Pleasant and customer focused. We set up a date and I expect it will go well.

The remote never worked correctly, the formation of the bed is very cheap and will not last long. I had my last select comfort for 18 years and it was fantastic. Even at the end it worked better than this 2600.00 one does.

I changed the batteries in the remote then the bed wpnt inflate tried tocall customer service was on hold for 10 minutes heard the phone ring thru then was hung up on tried again and no answer i finally gave up like they wanted most likely. This is the first complaint i ever filed the casper etc is looking real good right now

Glorified air mattress

I have had the mattress for 5 months. I wake up with mid back pain, low back pain, and headaches EVRYDAY since getting this bed. I have tried every number for days at a time trying to get comfortable. When I decided it was hopeless, I was a day over the trial return date. I am stuck with this crap and still paying it off. the mattress slides from bottom box spring. I go to the chiropractor more often than I should and I even told him that I had no idea why it is making me worse. Not even he approved the bed.

Queen is really just two cot sized air bladders enclosed on the sides with foam. An layered foam on top enclosed in a cloth zippered case and pad. The p5 feels like you're sleeping on a cot not a bed, and to stray from the cot area you are moving into the foam side walls which will damage and crush overtime. Really cheap design . I would expect better quality for the money. Complained and was going to return it, but they offered a lift for the middle, (which was dipping toward the center seam of the two air bladders ). And they offered another layer of foam to even the sidewall and air bladder height. The lift was too much, the additional foam seems to help, but 2400 dollars, for two cot sized beds built with foam and an air bladder, I expected much more technology in this bed for the money. We may still return minus installation cost and return shipping.

Terrible customer service

Ordered a Sleep Number C4 mattress. This arrived via UPS but very poorly packaged, box partly opened and without an invoice. (and for this, sleep number charged $90.) Once opened I discovered sleep number sent one of the incorrect size chamber instead of the two correct chambers. There's only about 5 parts for this mattress - how hard can it be to get this right? I called them to resolve this issue and first had to spend 10 minutes trying to convince them that, indeed, the C4 model required two chambers (as clearly shown on their website). Following this debacle, they then required me to submit photos of the incorrect chamber via email. Two more phone calls with no solution. Finally, contacted sleep number via their chat line. Success! The right part is being shipped. Glad about that. But it shouldn't have taken so much work.....

Never did find my sleep number, and delivery and return are EXPENSIVE!

I bought a C4 Sleep Number which took over 2 weeks for delivery. Install was fine, but even at a setting of 95-100, the bed was too soft for me. I do NOT like the way air moves inside of the basic air mattress that makes up the majority of the sleep surface. I cannot imagine how this air mattress with a little foam padding can coast $1500, and even less that delivery is an additional $179. Customer service was helpful, if by helpful one enjoys a very strong effort to do everything they can to get you to keep your bed. I found the bed VERY hot, and they sent me 'cooling' sheets and a mattress pad without charge so that I would be more comfortable. I appreciate that they sent them to me, but it made no difference whatsoever in my sleep experience. Basically they were nice 100% cotton sheets. I tried it for about 5 weeks. They offered to send me a plastic base (my expense) but that would take another 2 weeks, or to switch to a different mattress, which would take approximately another 4 weeks. I wasn't remotely interested in more sleepless nights. The mattress always felt soft as the night went on, and way too hot. My cats also freaked out at the sound of the motor, which is very noticeable if you make adjustments as you're sleeping. When I finally decided to return it, instead of continuing with all their suggestions to prolong this step, I found out that they also charge $179 to simply pick up the mattress. Or, you can return it yourself by getting some BIG boxes and using their UPS labels at $30/each. It's costing me $90 to return an air mattress and some foam, and they offer nothing in the way of packing materials, though finding boxes big enough to fit in the foam pieces isn't easy. Their wait times for bed and service seem ridiculous to me, and I hated sleeping on the air mattress. It might be a great fit for others, but I need a very firm bed that doesn't deflate. Additionally, the foam surrounding the air mattress is pretty soft, so if you sleep with part of your body within 4-5" of any outside edge, you're not actually on the air mattress, but on some not-so-sturdy foam. I have a platform bed with slats as well as MDF board providing the base, so the mattress was on a very firm surface, but they definitely want you to buy their own base, which is like a box spring. I know others are very happy with it, and most I know seem to like the bed much softer than I do, so maybe that's who this system is designed for.

Poor quality, falls apart

You haven't mentioned the age of the unit, how much weight it bears daily, or any other facts other than the assertion that's it's falling apart inordinately.

Please remember that when utilizing a possessive the word you need is "their".

"Customer danced" ? YOU are the customer. THEY are the seller.

You should have used the space you wasted with the ok ok stuff and told us enough to offer you some actual advice regarding your product dissatisfaction.

X12 Half Flex Discomfort/Bed Stays Split

Two Retired Veteran 100% disabilities. Paid in full w/o finance. We've had the the bed less than 1yr tried adjusting split never stay together. Our store location states to call and we should be able to get the replaced or exchanged. Spoke with Arron, stated he would about getting it replaced. Next give Cust#100052****, transfer to Case Mgr Aimee provide same info, placed on hold for the 3rd time. She stated she couldn't replace/exchange but would talk me through adjustments. Ask to speak to some higher so stated she was the highest. Disappointed Vet, multiple back issue, neck, shoulder and several surgeries. Please Help Me, thank you for listening and your support.
