I bought a select comfort bed 3 1/2 yrs. ago and recently one of the air chambers started to leak.

I called to have it warrantied (since they offer 20 years) and they said they couldn't "find" me in their computer so i wasn't entitled to any warranty or compensation.

I then called and e-mailed the customer service manager and got the same resultswith little or no compassion.

They wanted me to pay $177 plus shipping for a new one.

The bed is nice, but BEWARE. They apparently don't care enough about customers to honor their defects.

I bought the P9 performance series queen a few weeks ago. It leaks! I'm an engineer and know how to troubleshoot just about anything so I checked out the sytem thoroughly and everything is installed correctly. So I called the CS hotline and requested a return invoice as I did not like the bed and wished to return it. No dice. The ysaid since I purchased a discount model (for $2000?) it is a non refundable item. SO I'm stuck with a POS bed and no options. Do yourself a favor, Steer clear of this shady outfit.

SELECT COMFORT SERVICE IS THE WORST. WE TRIED TO CALL THEM ABOUT BUGS THAT WERE DELIVERED WITH OUR MATTRESS AND THEY DID NOTHING AT ALL. ALSO, THEY DON'T TELL YOU THAT THEY CHARGE YOU FOR RETURN SHIPPING AFTER THE 30 DAY TRIAL!!! THEY ARE REALLY DISHONEST AND DO NOT LET YOU KNOW THIS BEFORE PURCHASING. ADDS NEW MEANING TO THE PHRASE "BUYER BEWARE" :(
